Welcome to Mia and Jake's blog. Jake was my first dog who "found" me in December of 2006. Sadly, he passed away July 13, 2009. I loved him dearly and miss him very much. Mia is my weimaraner who was born March 23, 2009. She's everything a weim is supposed to be - intelligent, beautiful, driven, and most of all, versatile. She's been a life changing force for me and I can't wait to see where this journey takes us.
I've had a few opportunities this month to get Mia out and work her on birds. It truly is wonderful to watch a dog do what she was born to do. Here are a couple of pictures I was able to get of Mia on point.
